Quality Carpet Care Inc. has been serving the Albemarle Area for over 25 years. It is a company that has been built on a reputation of high quality service technicians, and fair pricing. Quality Carpet Care is a 2nd generation, family owned business that focuses on making sure when we leave a customers home, the customer is happy with what they see. We treat each job with the same care as if it were our home. "We leave no carpet unclean."

What we offer

When we clean carpet, upholstery, and tile floors we use a steam cleaning method. This is not shampooing, that leaves sticky residues to "ugly out" carpet. We apply steam cleaning solutions to begin breaking up soils. Then the machine sprays very hot water to flush the dirt out and sucks the water back out in the same cleaning pass leaving the carpet, upholstery, or tile just a little damp. Please don't slip!

The restoration side of the business is a little more difficult to explain. When we arrive on an emergency smoke or water damage call, we assess the damage thoroughly, and begin the "preserve and protect" procedures as directed by homeowner's insurance policies. We strive to relieve this stressful situation for families and get homes back to their pre-disaster status as soon as possible. Some have said their home was left better than before.

Allen Harrington

Allen began in the carpet cleaning business over 25 years ago. Early on he attended classes to be sure he knew all the latest industry standards. As the customers’ needs grew, Allen received instruction in that area of the business. He has been certified in 14 areas by the IICRC including Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, Water Damage, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Applied Structure Drying. All Quality Carpet Care employees are trained to these high standards of professionalism.

Daniel Harrington

Daniel has worked in the family business for over 15 years, earning his first IICRC certification when he was only 16. He stays informed about changes in fibers and flooring styles to best serve the cleaning needs of his customers. This has led to adding Tile and Grout Cleaning services for Quality Carpet Care clientele. Daniel pledges skill, honesty and integrity in all services he performs.

Flo Harrington

Flo has worked on the trucks as well as in the office. She has been certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification in 8 different areas, but specializes in the Fire & Smoke Damage Area as well as Odor Control, Color Repair and Leather Cleaning. Rug Binding was a option that she added to our list of services, that allows you to turn remnants into useful area rugs.

Employees

We know that your home and family are as precious to you as ours is to us, so we will not employ questionable characters to be in your home or around your family. Employees must be drug free and have a clean record to even be hired and then they work closely with us for months before we consider letting them have their own truck. Honesty, integrity, and skill are mandatory.
